Mr. Neudeck is a registered patent attorney with over ten years of patent experience. He handles various intellectual property matters including patent prosecution, strategic IP planning, patent analysis and opinions, technology agreements, licensing, and patent litigation support. Mr. Neudeck was formerly a Senior Counsel at Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Neudeck has negotiated or advised his clients on technology agreements with entities that include Intel, the National Security Agency (NSA), NEC, and Hitachi. These agreements include patent licenses, joint development, source code, software distribution, open source, procurement, confidentiality, trade secret, and merger/acquisition agreements. Mr. Neudeck also has extensive experience with several well known patent "non-practicing entities." Mr. Neudeck has helped manage the defense of several $100+ million patent lawsuits including Intergraph v. HP and Cornell v. HP. Previous to pursuing his legal career, Mr. Neudeck as an integrated circuit design engineer at Hewlett-Packard for over five years. His design experience includes work on PA-RISC microprocessors, bus interface chipsets, I/O bus design, and chipset testing.'
