Mr. Hayden has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of intellectual property, primarily in patent preparation and prosecution. He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in a wide variety of technologies, including agricultural equipment, acoustic networks for vehicle and gunshot location, antennas, blood separation, dental abutments, seismic geological mapping, oil well and oil field equipment, wind energy generation, power converters and variable speed drives, waste oxidation reactors, metal buildings, roll forming, soil and groundwater remediation, gun sights, oscillators, and heat exchangers.

Prior to practicing law Mr. Hayden worked for almost 15 years as a manufacturing engineer for AT&T. He programmed automated circuit board assembly equipment, implement Just In Time manufacturing, and developed simulation for workflow.
